Wondering how to build a bridge between your Snapchat Lead Generation campaign and your CRM?
First, ensure you have created a Snapchat Lead Generation Ads form to capture the data you are interested in, directly on Snapchat Ads Manager!
In the final review step, click on Connect Form to CRM with LeadsBridge at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to the LeadsBridge app, where you can create an account and connect your Snapchat form to your Destination of choice (e.g. your CRM).
The below steps will show you what the process looks like.
Step 1: Setup your Snapchat Lead Generation integration
1. Log into your LeadsBridge account
2. Click on the Create new Bridge green button on the left side
3. Select Snapchat Lead Generation as a Source and then select your preferred Destination
4. Click on Continue
5. Click on Create new integration to connect your Ad account (or select an existing one from the dropdown if you already connected it).
6. You will be prompted to the Ad platform authorization experience. Here you will need to grant LeadsBridge access by clicking on the Authorize button.
7. Once done, you can choose a name for this Snapchat Lead Generation and LeadsBridge integration (you can also edit it later)
8. Once the authorization pop-up is closed, you are ready to select from the dropdown menu the Ad Account and all the required parameters, including the previously generated Snapchat Lead Generation form.
9. Now that your Snapchat Lead Generation is connected, you can set-up your bridge destination and then continue with the set-up of your bridge.
Step 2: Fields Mapping
This step will allow you to set where the data coming from the Source will be synced to your destination. Based on Destination functionality, some fields might be required; if this is the case, you can identify those fields with a * (star), so be sure to map all of them.
You can also use the formulas to customize information, like reformatting dates and times or modifying text, phone numbers, and so on. You may leave blank the box of a field’s information you don’t want to send through.
Important note: By clicking on the Show unmapped fields button you will have visibility on all the available fields that are still not mapped.
You’ll need to map the Lead ID field from the Snapchat Lead Generation trigger app to the field in the Destination action app that corresponds to the column that you have designated to hold the Lead ID. For this example, you need to add the Lead ID field that will hold leads.
Setting up Lead ID sync enables more effective tracking of your newly generated leads. Once you’ve also implemented the Snapchat Conversion API integration, you can match these leads with actions—such as conversions on your website or in-store—as captured within your CRM system.
Step 3: Test and Publish
Once you’ve mapped all the fields you need, you are now ready for the final steps you can decide to run a test or publish the Bridge straight away.
When the test has been successful, you will be ready to publish the bridge.
Well done! You have successfully connected your Snapchat account to LeadsBridge!
After connecting your leads to your destination, leverage the Snapchat Conversions App to:
- Report converted leads back to Snapchat Ads
- Optimize campaign performance and cost per action
