Need help from our support team? You can submit a support ticket directly from LeadsBridge and track updates in the Help Center. This guide walks you through both.

Support Availability

Our official support hours for ticket responses and assistance are: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT).

 

Quick Steps to Contact Support

  1. Log in to Leadsbridge
  2. Click Support (bottom-right)
  3. Fill out the form and click Submit

Creating a New Support Ticket

Step 1 – Log In to LeadsBridge

  • Log in to your LeadsBridge account.

Step 2 – Access Support

  • Click the “Support” button located at the top right of the screen.


Step 3 – Enter Ticket Details

Complete the support form with the following information:

  • Subject: Briefly describe the issue.
  • Request Type: Select the appropriate ticket type.
  • Product: Select LeadsBridge.
  • Severity Level
    • Severity 1 – The entire app is unusable
    • Severity 2 – Part of the app is unusable
    • Severity 3 – You have a question about the app
  • Description: Provide a clear and detailed explanation of your issue. If applicable, include the link to your LeadsBridge integration.
  • Attachments (Optional): Attach any relevant files to support your request.

Step 4 – Submit the Ticket

  1. Review all entered details.
  2. Click the “Submit” button.

Your support ticket is successfully submitted and you receive an email confirmation.


Step 5 – Access the Help Center and View Your Tickets

The Help Center lets you track ticket status, view updates, and respond to our support team.

  • Don't have an account?
    1. Click “Signup for Free” at the top of the page.
    2. Complete the account creation process.
  • Have an account already?
    1. Click “Login” in the top right corner.
    2. Enter your Help Center credentials.
    3. Click your name in the top right
    4. Select My Tickets from the dropdown

You can view the status and history of all your submitted support tickets.
