Cancel your LeadsBridge account

If you want to delete your LeadsBridge account, you must do so yourself. For security reasons, LeadsBridge will never delete your account on your behalf. The account can be restored anytime by contacting our support team.

If you want to cancel your paid LeadsBridge plan and retain all your account data, you can downgrade to a Free plan anytime.

In case you still want to delete your account, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your LeadsBridge account
2. Click on the menu to your top-right and select Your Account
3. Click the Delete Account button at the end of the page.
4. Select the reason why you’re deleting your LeadsBridge account. Here, you can provide some feedback to help us improve our platform.

Once the account is deleted:

  • Any invited members will lose access to that team
  • Any invited members will lose access to all account features, including dashboard, bridges, and integrations

Note: Only the account owner can perform these actions.
