The timezone used to display and interpret times in LeadsBridge. For example, the time displayed for each lead run in the leads table is in your account timezone. This defaults to UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) if no timezone is set here.
Customize timezone and date format
Every time LeadsBridge captures a lead, the application translates the Date Time from UTC timezone in the Timezone configured in your account profile and sends it to the Destination integration with the translated date format.
For example, if your account timezone is set to Asia/Kolkata, which is a +5.30 difference from UTC, the Created Time value will change from 13:05 (UTC) to 18:35 (Asia/Kolkata).
Follow these steps to update your account Timezone and Date Format:
- Click on the Profile section (the username in the top right corner)
- Click on Your Account
- Select the desired Timezone and Date Format
- Scroll down the page and click on Save
Please note: You must be the account owner to have access and edit to the Account settings.
