Would you like to allow coworkers to create and manage integrations for you while you supervise their activity? The multi-user function helps you redistribute your job to different users without losing data control! The functionality allows you to create users with limited permissions on operations. All elements created by other users are visible to the Super Admin (the LeadsBridge Account Owner), allowing them to monitor their activities.
The table below outlines the three account roles and what they’re able to do:

Essentially, the Client can only manage their Bridges and integration.
In the Teammates area, you can also
- Add New users or Delete existing ones
- View the entire list of Teammates and their information:
- Full name
- Role
- Status
- Invitation date
How to add a teammate?
To add a teammate, follow the steps below:
- Go to the top-right corner and click on your username
- Then, click on Teammates
- Click on the Add New button on the top-left
- Type the Work email from the user you want to add to your LeadsBridge account
- Notice that an email address can be used only once on LeadsBridge, being a Teammate or an account owner
- Select the User type to assign the desired permissions
- Activate the Disable leads tables toggle in case you don’t want the user to have access to this type of content
- Finally, click on Invite
The user will receive an invitation email to activate their account.
By clicking on the email, they’ll be redirected to a form where they can complete the activation process by entering the information required.
Then the user will be ready to login into LeadsBridge with the permissions granted for their role.
How many Teammates can I add to my account?
Teammates can vary for each subscription plan:
