Leadsbridge paid plans are pre-paid for the next billing period (monthly or annually). When you pay for your plan, you are paying for the next month or year.
In your Billing settings, you can view all past and pending invoices in the Invoices section. To view a specific invoice, click See Invoices at the bottom of the page.
In your Billing settings, you can also update your payment method and invoice information.
Please note: You must be the account owner to have access to the Billing section in your account.
Get a PDF copy of your Invoice
You can download a PDF of your invoices through these steps:
1. Visit the Billing settings
2. Click See Invoices at the bottom of the page
3. Select the PDF link next to the invoice you’d like to download
Receive a copy of paid invoices by email
You can receive a copy of your invoice by email, to the account email, or to another address of your choice.
1. Visit the Billing settings
2. On the Billing Information section, fill out the email where you want invoices to be sent. If this field is empty, the invoices will be sent to your account email.
3. Once done, clickSave
Frequently asked questions
Why I can’t access the Billing section to download the invoices?
If you don’t have access to the Billing section, it means you are not the account owner. Only the user with the Super Admin role (the account owner) can view the Billing section, update the payment method, and download invoices.
