Why did LeadsBridge charge my credit card?

LeadsBridge paid plans charge a monthly or yearly subscription fee. If you received a charge on your credit card from LeadsBridge, either you or someone on your team has signed up for one of our paid company LeadsBridge plans.

If you’re unsure who signed up for the LeadsBridge account and added your email address, check in with your team. Typically, the LeadsBridge account is created by someone on your support, marketing, or engineering teams. Still, it may also be created by a team member trying to connect apps/CRMs/tools your company uses.

If you can’t identify the user that signed up for LeadsBridge with your login email, contact our support team to look up the email address associated with the LeadsBridge account.
