At LeadsBridge, you can switch plans at any time. If you have teammates, only the account owner can perform such a change.
Upgrade your LeadsBridge plan
- Log in to your LeadsBridge account.
- Click on the account name on the top right > Billing
- Click on “Upgrade your plan”.
- Under “Starter” or “Pro”, select the desired amount of leads/mo and the number of bridges - don’t hesitate to contact us if you are looking to build a custom solution with a Business plan.
- Click on “Start for free”: you’ll start a free 14-day premium trial.
Our suggestion is to select annual billing to save 25% annually
If you see the option “Upgrade now” instead of “Start for free”, it means that the account already had a trial period, and the credit card will be billed immediately.
Downgrade your LeadsBridge plan
Important: Before proceeding with the downgrade steps in your account, please ensure you have the same or a lower number of active bridges that correspond to the number in the plan you’d like to downgrade to. If not, go back to your account dashboard and deactivate them accordingly.
- Log in to your LeadsBridge account.
- Click on the account name on the top right > Billing
- Click on “Upgrade your plan”.
- Click on “Choose plan”: the change is applied at that moment, and the prorated credits will be used for the next billing period.
Downgrade to a Free plan
- Log in to your LeadsBridge account.
- Click on the account name, on the top right > Billing
- Click on “Upgrade your plan”.
- Click on “Downgrade on Free plan”: the change is applied at that moment, all the bridges will be turned off, and only one at the time can be activated. The bridge can sync up to 50 leads/mo.
Change from an annual to a monthly plan
