In case your Facebook Conversions API is not populated with the data from the Source integration, we suggest checking the Syncing History on the right side of your CAPI Bridge.
The most common error is the following one:
*Some errors occurred while uploading the Facebook Events data
(FacebookResponseException) [21003] Event time out of range. The timestamp you sent for this event is in the future. Events need to be sent from your server within 7 days of when they occurred. Enter a timestamp that has occurred within the last 7 days.

This means that one of the following Date/Time formats is incorrect:
- If you have changed the Date/Time format from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy
- If you are using used Events in mm/dd/yyyy Date/Time format that is not supported by Facebook
This can be easily fixed by reviewing the Date/Time information included in the Source integration list that you are using for Facebook Conversions API.
Once the Date/Time format gets changed to dd/mm/yyyy, the Facebook Conversion API Bridge will start syncing data at the next scheduled sync process.
