How to disconnect LeadsBridge from your Facebook Account and Page?

To disconnect LeadsBridge from your Facebook Account:

  1. Open your account settings and head over to the Business Integrations section
  2. Select the LeadsBridge app from the Active Business Integrations tab
  3. Click the Remove button and confirm to remove the connection

To disconnect LeadsBridge from your Facebook Page:

  1. Open the LeadsBridge app from the Bridges section
  2. Select all the bridges connected to the Facebook Page
  3. Click on Delete and confirm to cancel them

Important notes:

  • Deleted Bridges can’t be restored.
  • By removing LeadsBridge from your Facebook Account will automatically disconnect all Bridges connected to it.
  • By disconnecting LeadsBridge from your Facebook Account and Page, leads will stop syncing.
