If you are getting the following message in LeadsBridge:

Facebook Permission Error. The Facebook Page you’re trying to connect to has Two Factor Authentication enabled.

This might mean that the Facebook Page, or the Business Manager to which the Page belongs, has Two Factor Authentication enabled.
This situation can be easily solved by enabling Two Factor Authentication in your Facebook Ad Account. Once done, we suggest reauthorizing the Ad Account via LeadsBridge following this guideline.

To learn more about Facebook Two Factor Authentication, please consult Facebook documentation.

Important Note: If Facebook Business Manager Permissions are not properly configured, you might face one of the following scenarios:

  • You are not able to see any lead when opening the Leads Table of your bridge
  • You’re only able to see the test leads sent from your Facebook account
  • You’re able to see the leads, but they are not being automatically synchronized in real-time by LeadsBridge

If one of the above-mentioned situations arises, please consult our community article on how to enable Facebook permissions from your Business Manager.
