Transfer ownership of your LeadsBridge account

Only the account owners with Super admin roles can change the ownership of the account to a different account member:

  1. Go to Your Account settings.
  2. Enter the new owner information (first/last name, phone number).
  3. To save all changes, click the Save button.

Important: To update the owner’s work email, please contact our Support team for assistance. Also, the new owner doesn’t need to be an existing team member on the account. If they are, remember to remove them from the teammate’s settings first.

Additional Notes

  • Transferring the account owner doesn’t impact the account and bridges’ activity.
  • If the account owner deletes their account, the team members will lose access to the account. To avoid this, the existing owner should transfer ownership to another member first.
  • If the account owner you would like to transfer the ownership to is already a Teammate of another account with the same email address, you need to delete it first before transferring the ownership.
