Formulas - How to add the country prefix to the phone number?

The PHONE >> PHONE ADD DEFAULT COUNTRY PREFIX function adds the country prefix code to the phone number by using a country code reference.

1. Go into the Fields Mapping step of the bridge you want to add the country prefix

2. Switch the bridge to the edit mode on the top right

3. Click on three dots near the field and click on the Add formula section

4. Select the PHONE >> PHONE ADD DEFAULT COUNTRY PREFIX function

• Field 1: You should select the field that has the phone number provided by the contact, for example, 555-123-4455 in our Phone number field
• Field 2: You should select the field that has the country code you want to assign to the phone number, for example, US will be converted into a +1 by the function
• Default Prefix: You should type the prefix number that should be used in case the Field 2 value is not present or incorrect, for example, if you type +39 when the contact doesn’t provide a country code, the +39 prefix will be used

7. Once done, click on Confirm and Save & publish to save the changes
