Formulas - How to sequentially circle leads using Round Robin?

The Round Robin formula allows you to distribute sequentially leads evenly among the Users in the Destination integration, like vTiger or Zoho CRM.

Example of use

You need to distribute leads sequentially to your Sales team using vTiger integration.

1. Head over to the Fields Mapping step of your bridge
2. Switch the Bridge to Editing mode on the top right
3. Click on the empty space near the field that you want to assign the Round Robin formula
4. Select the Formulas section and add the UTILS>>ROUND ROBIN formula
5. Add the IDs corresponding to the Users listed in your vTiger account
6. Once done, click on Confirm to save the changes
