How to find my Facebook Form?

Facebook stores your Facebook Form in two different places: the Forms Library and the Business Suite. From those sections, you can also create new forms, download leads, check results, and much more.

Forms Library

1. Log into your Facebook account and go to your Page
2. On the left, click on Publishing Tools
3. Select Forms Library from the left side of the screen
4. You will see a list of the forms and the leads they have collected

Business Suite

1. Log into your Facebook account and go to your Page
2. Go to Publishing Tools
3. From there, you will need to go to the " All tools" section
   5. Click on Instant Forms
4. This will show you all the forms on the page and the leads collected from each form
