Fields Mapping - How to map multiple fields in one row?

If you are looking to customize values from the signup form, or you want to map multiple dropdown values to one CRM, this is the feature for you! It can be added in the Fields Mapping step when creating your Bridge.

With this feature, you can customize the field information based on your needs:

1. Adding spaces between the fields

2. Adding new lines between fields

3. Adding a various set of formulas to build algorithms to your fields

When mapping your fields, you can use static (text) or dynamic values. In this example, we customized the mapping of the fields using the following requirements:

Campaign: [Campaign Name dynamic value]

Form Name: [Facebook Form dynamic value]

Ad: [Facebook Ads Name dynamic value]

1. Go into the Fields Mapping step of the Bridge

2. Switch the bridge to the Edit mode on the top right

3. Delete the Facebook dynamic ‘Campaign’ field and type the first ‘Campaign: static value near the Campaign Google Sheets field and then click Create ‘Campaign:

4. Press the space bar and the system will create the text string between the fields

5. Once done, select the dynamic ‘Campaign’ value

6. Then, select the NEW LINE formula to create a line break between the fields

7. To add the ‘Form’ and ‘Ad’ fields, repeat steps 3. to 6.

8. Once done, don’t forget to run a test and Publish to save your settings!
