Formulas - How to create a line break (newline) between Fields?

The NEW LINE formula is used to create a line break (newline) between fields in the Fields Mapping step of the Bridge.

1. Go to the Fields Mapping step of the bridge

2. Switch the bridge to the Edit mode on the top right

3. Click the three dots next to the field, and select the TEXT >> NEW LINE formula

4. From the formula popup settings, you can choose the HTML or CHAR format. This allows you to choose from a “New line character (\n)” or an “HTML line break (),” depending on your needs

6. Click on Confirm and add other fields (dynamic or static values) in the same row
1.Once finished, click on Save & Publish to save the changes

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • You can add as many NEW LINE formula blocks as you want
  • To make edits to the NEW LINE blocks, you have to delete all the fields added after the NEW LINE formula till you reach the section that requires changes and then proceed with the editing and remapping of the fields
