How to configure my HubSpot integration?

Configuring the HubSpot integration in LeadsBridge is fast and easy. This article will show you what the process looks like.

1. Log into your LeadsBridge account
2. Click on the green button Create new Bridge on the left side
3. Select your preferred Source and then select HubSpot as the Destination
4. Click on Continue
5. Select the correct account on your Source of choice
6. Click on Add New under Connect Account on the Destination

7. Click on Authorize

8. Select your Account and click on Choose Account

Well done! You have successfully connected your HubSpot account to LeadsBridge! Now type your integration’s name and click on Continue, you will be ready to complete your bridge.

Can I integrate the free version of HubSpot?

Sure, we integrate the free version of HubSpot CRM as well.

When using the free version of HubSpot CRM you’ll see static lists, not “Smart Lists”, everything else will work the same with either version.

Why can’t I see a lead that was sent to Hubspot?

In the most common scenario, the lead will be sent correctly to your CRM but you may not see it because of the criteria set up in the “Smart List”.

For example, you may define a Smart List to include only contacts having “@gmail.com” in the “email” field, if you collect a lead with a different email, such as “@hotmail.com”, LeadsBridge passes the lead to Hubspot, but the contact won’t be visible on the “Smart List”.
