If you are facing the following error: Unable to read custom fields from your Destination, it means that we haven’t detected any Header row in the Google sheet you have selected in the Bridge.

The Header row is usually the first row of the Google Sheet, where you name your columns. It is necessary to identify the sheet’s columns, so LeadsBridge can collect data from or write data to in the synchronization process.

Important note: The Fields Mapping step editor uses the headers as the Google Sheets integration fields.

Once you have named the columns inside your Google sheet, don’t forget to reauthorize your Google account. This will refresh the connection with Google and recognize the fields in your Google sheet. You are now ready to proceed with the Bridge configuration!
