If you’re creating a Bridge and you haven’t connected your GetResponse account to LeadsBridge yet, you’ll need to do it as one of the steps.
Before you begin: You need your API key to connect your GetResponse account, so grab it before you start.
Where do I find the API key?
1. Log in to your GetResponse account and click on the Tools menu
2. Go to Integrations and API > API
3. Click on Generate an API key
4. Copy the key. Use the Copy button to ensure the API key is properly copied to your clipboard.
Connecting LeadsBridge and GetResponse
1. In a separate tab or window, log into your LeadsBridge account and click Create New Bridge
2. Choose GetResponse for your Source or Destination app
3. Now it’s time to connect to GetResponse and a new tab will open
4. Paste the API key in the API key field and select the API version. The newest version of GetResponse API is 3.0; if you’re just starting with GetResponse API, please use this version.
While, if you’re on an older version, please use GetResponse API 1.5 version. Or, if you are a GetResponse Enterprise customer, you’ll need to fill in the field Enterprise Domain (API v3 only) with your domain
5. Once done, click on Authorize
6. It now shows the GetResponse account that you’ve just connected. Click Continue to move to the next step and complete the bridge configuration.
What should I do if I have GetResponse360?
GetResponse360 users have a unique URL that will be provided to them by their Account Manager.
Why don’t I see emails sent to the contacts inside the GetResponse account?
Leads are syncing to GetResponse, but an action to send an email to the contact is not being triggered when the lead enters GetResponse. The cause is that the API does not contain the indication to start the first autoresponder. This indication can be the source static value “0” mapped with the d ayOfCycle GetResponse field in the bridge:
In this way, the LeadsBridge will send the indication to create the flow inside GetRespond to send an email to the contact created.
