When using the ADF/XML format, you can send leads to your Automotive CRM via email. Some Automotive CRMs accept only emails with a specific Content Type, such as Plain text, HTML or Raw.
You can set the Content Type of your ADF/XML (Automotive) from the Integration settings:
1. Go to the first step of your Bridge
2. Under the Select Destination section, click Edit
3. Enable the More settings option and select the Content Type (Ie. HTML)
4. Once done, click on Authorize
Now you are ready to complete the Bridge setup by clicking on Continue!
How do I change the Content Type from the Integration section of my account?
If you have already activated the bridge, the email Content Type can be easily changed between HTML and Plain text or Raw from the integration settings:
- Go to the Integrations section
- Click on your Automotive CRM integration’s name
- Switch the toggle to open the More Setting? option
- Select the required Content Type field
- Click on Authorize to save your changes
