Formulas - How to delete the phone number prefix?

The PHONE » DELETE PREFIX (+1) function removes the country prefix number from a phone number by typing the country code you need to remove.

1. Go into the Fields Mapping step of the bridge you want to remove the +1

2. Switch the bridge to the edit mode on the top right

3. Click on the empty space of the source field that you want to assign the function

4. Select the F ormulas section and search for the PHONE » DELETE PREFIX (+1) function

5. On the Field drop-down, select the source field related to the phone number, in our sample, it would be What is your p**hone number?

6. Then, in the Prefixes field, type the prefix that you would like to remove. If you leave this field empty the +1 prefix will be removed by default

7. Click on Confirm and Save & publish to save the changes

Once done, the prefix +1 will be removed from your incoming leads!
