Manage alert notifications when errors occur in LeadsBridge

When errors occur in your account, LeadsBridge will send notifications to your account email address by default.

Set alert notifications

You can control when and how you get notified about errors. To manage trigger errors:

  • Go to the Alert Notifications section in Your Account area
  • Select the options to choose:
  • Activate notifications: you will receive notifications. Disabling this option is not recommended.
  • Activate Reminders: receive reminders every 3 days after multiple errors occur
  • Ad Accounts: receive a notification when one of your Facebook Ad Accounts gets disconnected
  • Bridges: receive a notification for each error that occurs in a Bridge
  • Audiences: receive a notification for each error that occurs in an Audience

The default notification rule applies to all options. Go to the Alert Notifications section of your account to change your default notification rules.

Leads Errors Managing

You can also use the leads errors management area in your LeadsBridge account. As always, agencies and large businesses are in our minds, so will be super easy for them to manage errors across multiple clients as well.

If you have leads in error in your bridges, you can go to the Bridge Errors area on the top left of your account (or by clicking here) and manage leads:

  • Re-sync single leads
  • Re-sync leads in bulk
  • Delete the error message from the page with leads in error
  • Get detailed information on the error

If you’re not sure why you received a particular error message, or are unable to troubleshoot an error on your own, submit a support ticket for further assistance.
