Automotive (ADF/XML) - How to receive an email notification

When using the Automotive (ADF/XML) format, you can send an email to your inbox with the lead’s information using the Email Receipt feature.

1. Go to the first step of your Bridge
2. Turn on the Email Receipt option
3. Add the email Subject and Receivers email(s)
4. Once done, click on Save settings
5. Click Publish to save your settings

I am receiving emails in a weird format. How do I change it to be a readable one?

If you are experiencing this scenario, you might be getting emails in the ADF/XML format. This happens if you’ve added your email under the CC or BCC receiver field. Adding your email in one of those two fields will trigger an email in the ADF/XML format, the same format used to send information to your Automotive CRM.

You can easily change your integration settings from the first step of your bridge. Consult our Community article to learn more about how to edit your Automotive integration settings. please check if, in the ADF/XML integration settings, you can see the required email in CC Receivers or BCC Receivers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We suggest using the Email Receipt field if you want to get emails in a readable format.
