Where leads are stored in Mindbody?

Leads are available on your Mindbody account through,

• Business Mode on the Search Client New Widget and Search Client screen
• Consumer Mode on the Client sign-up screen
• Appointments
• Appointments can be tracked from the time clients are booked to the time they are checked out (completed and paid). Appointment status options can be turned on or off depending on your needs.

In order to find a test lead that you’ve sent in your MindBody account from the Test step or directly from your Source application, you should follow these steps:

1. Log into your MindBody Studio
2. Go to Clients on the top-right menu
3. On the dropdown menu next to Lookup client by select values such as Email or Last Name
4. Then, type the email address you’ve used in the test
5. Finally, click on Search
6. Below the search bar, you should see a list of the contacts that correspond to your search criteria

Alternatively, the search fields at the top of your Sales Pipeline dashboard will help you narrow down your search for leads.

1. Use the Search for leads field on the right to search using the first name, last name, email ID, or phone number. To do this, type in your search criteria and click enter
2. Tips: you don’t need to type in all the characters. For example, you can search for “Rob” instead of “Robert”
3. Apply the Lead Type or Date Range to narrow down your search results
4. If you have multiple locations, use the Location filter to search for leads in all or a single location
5. As you narrow down your search, you will notice that the lead counter will reflect your search results out of the total number of leads in the pipeline (ex.,1/250 as seen in the image above)
6. Note : you can search using the scroll bar under each stage. By default, the dashboard shows up to 50 opportunity cards under each column. Use your mouse to scroll down the column to see the next set of cards.
