You might notice that the number of leads shown in your LeadsBridge account doesn’t always match.
Leads Table vs. Leads Synced:
To clarify, here’s what each number represents:
- Leads Table: This place displays all the leads that LeadsBridge has retrieved from your source. Depending on the source, this may include leads collected before you even created your bridge. These older leads are typically marked with a blue “Sync Now” status, meaning they haven’t been automatically sent to your CRM yet.
- Leads Synced: This count only shows the leads that LeadsBridge has successfully collected and sent to your CRM. These leads usually have a green “Synced” status.
The Leads Table shows all the leads LeadsBridge can see, while the “leads synced” count shows only the leads that have been successfully delivered.
What to do: If you want to send those older leads (from before your bridge was set up) to your CRM, you can sync them manually. Check this article on how to manually sync your leads.
