What is a CAPTCHA?

CAPTCHA is a website addition service that protects your website from spam and abuse. It determines whether or not the user is human to keep automated software from engaging in abusive activities on your site.

Does CAPTCHA work with custom HTML forms in LeadsBridge?

Knowing that we are speaking about web forms as the destination of your leads, unfortunately, not.

We know the important value of CAPTCHA to prevent spam on your form but due to some restrictions, we need you to disable them to integrate an HTML form with LeadsBridge.

When LeadsBridge builds a connection with your webform to send the lead’s information, our server makes a request that is clearly made by a computer and it can’t confirm CAPTCHA as humans do.

Ok, so what’s the workaround?

To send leads to an HTML form with LeadsBridge, you should only remove the CAPTCHA from your web form and it can be done easily.

We’re available to integrate the form for you, submit a support ticket and we’ll do the rest for you!
