If you are looking for an email notification with the lead information each time you get a new lead, the Email Receipt feature is what you need!
With this feature, you can keep track of and better understand your lead-generation efforts. This option is available for any of our integrations.
How to enable the Email Receipt feature?
You can easily activate the Email Receipt option from the first step of your Bridge settings.
- Click on the Bridge name to open it
- head over to the first step, in the Destination integration part
- Activate the Email Receipt option by turning on the toggle
- Add the Subject and Receiver information
- In the Receivers field, add the email addresses in which you want to receive the lead notification
- Once done, click on Continue to save your settings
This feature will send an email into the email inbox every time you receive a new lead, while the same lead will sync to the Destination through the Source integration.
How to stop getting email notifications every time you get a new lead?
If you are getting email notifications each time you receive a new lead, you might have the Email Receipt feature enabled in one of your Bridges.
Otherwise, if the emails are coming from the Facebook Leads Center, you need to unsubscribe from Facebook notifications by clicking on the Unsubscribe button in the email notification.
Facebook’s Leads Center is a lead management tool that helps businesses organize and maintain their contact information. The customer can view their Leads Center from their Facebook business Page, next to their Inbox, or from Facebook Business Suite, under the Contacts tab.
