In order to use the Freshdesk integration, you will need to have an API key to insert into the integration settings in LeadsBridge. This article will show you where to find the API key in your Freshdesk account.
1. Log into your Freshdesk account
2. Click on your profile picture on the top right and select Profile Settings
3. In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key. Copy-paste it as required to authenticate Leadsbridge
Note: the API Key will be displayed only when the agent is verified.
