Integrate SuiteCRM with LeadsBridge

Note: SuiteCRM can be used as a source, destination, or audience within LeadsBridge.

How to Authorize SuiteCRM Integration:

Click “Connect SuiteCRM.”
Click “Create new integration” to connect your SuiteCRM (or select an existing connection from the dropdown).
A popup window will appear for SuiteCRM authorization.
Enter your SuiteCRM “URL,” “Username,” and “Password.”
Click “Authorize.”
Assign a name to the SuiteCRM and LeadsBridge integration (editable later).
Click “Continue” to proceed to bridge settings.
Complete the bridge setup.

How to Obtain URL, Username, and Password:

URL: Enter the server or domain URL where your SuiteCRM is installed.

Lead: Potential customers interested in your product or service.
Contact: Individuals associated with an Account (organization) or Opportunity (qualified prospect). (Learn more)

Common Questions

Can I configure LeadsBridge to create a new lead if another with the same email already exists?

Yes. Enable duplicate creation by setting the “Allow duplicates” toggle to “YES” in your integration settings.

Does the SuiteCRM Integration support API v8?

No, our SuiteCRM integration only supports Api V4.1. Using any other API version will cause an error 500 ("Your system/CRM “SuiteCRM” replied to us with this message: “HTTP_STATUS_CODE_500 [].”).
