CDK Lightspeed EVO Authentication Guide

Supported Data Sources

CDK Lightspeed EVO supports the following data source options:

• Google
• LeadsBridge
• Facebook (Meta)
• Custom

Each option has different authentication requirements.

Authentication Requirements

API Key

An API Key is required only for Custom integrations.

• Not required for:
  • Google
  • LeadsBridge
  • Facebook (Meta)
• Required for:
  • Custom data source integrations

Expected Result:
Custom integrations authenticate successfully using an API Key, while native integrations do not require one.

Dealership ID (Required)

A valid Dealership ID is required for all CDK Lightspeed EVO integrations.

• The Dealership ID must be obtained directly from CDK.
• The LeadsBridge Bridge editor cannot be accessed without it.

Important:
The bridge setup process will not proceed until a valid Dealership ID is provided.

Expected Result:
Once the Dealership ID is entered, setup can continue.
