If you have enabled mandatory fields in your Mindbody account, LeadsBridge will read those fields as mandatory too. It means that every lead’s data should not be empty and needs to contain valid values to be successfully synced to Mindbody.
If the above requirements are not met, Mindbody will trigger an error notification mentioning that the required fields are not matched, with a list of the missing mandatory fields.
If you are looking to disable mandatory fields in Mindbody, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Manager Tools screen
2. Click Settings > Required Fields
3. On the Required Fields option, check the box on the right, then click Update
