How to map the lead source to Facebook or Instagram in the Automotive CRM integration?

If you are trying to track the platform from which you are collecting leads (Facebook or Instagram), you can match the source field called Platform inside your desired automotive CRM destination field in the Field Mapping step of your Bridge.

For example, in the image below, you will receive the lead’s Platform information inside his CRM’s provider >> name [part=full] field:

You will get the lead’s data with the fb or ig values that correspond to the platform the leads were generated in.

If you want to map it with a static source value, like ‘Facebook’, you should type that value manually:

1. Type the ‘ Facebook ’ static value near the CRM’s provider >> name [part=full] field

2. Click Create ‘Facebook ’

Important note: the above mapping doesn’t work for ProMax as this integration with our app is already developed to send the business name field to ProMax as “LeadsBridge”.
