“Invalid/Error in Dealer Code” Error
If you receive the “invalid/error in Dealer Code” notification, double-check that you’ve entered the correct Dealer Code. If the issue persists, ensure that LeadsBridge is configured as a Lead Source within your ProMax settings. Contact ProMax support to verify this setting is enabled for your ProMax account.
Same Dealer Code Works for One Bridge but Not Another
If the same ProMax integration is connected to multiple Bridges, check the field mappings on the affected Bridge. Specifically, ensure that the ProMax field provider → name [part=full] is not mapped to the company name or any other source value in the Bridge.
Important Note: For leads to sync correctly, the provider → name [part=full] field must have the value “LeadsBridge.” However, our integration automatically sends this value, so you should not map this field in your Bridge configuration.
What are ProMax Fields?
ProMax uses specific fields within their system, sometimes called CarDotCom fields due to their association with the CarDotCom section. These fields are available in the field mapping section within LeadsBridge and are prefixed with ProMax ››. You will see them listed among the ADF fields.
