Your destination integration has been successfully integrated with OptinMonster using LeadBridge. However, your OptinMonster form includes checkboxes for obtaining consent, and you are not able to retrieve and map the data from those checkboxes.
In order to correctly recognize incoming data (Case 1 and Case 2 in our sample), you should do the following:
1. Go to the Source step of your Bridge
2. If the Bridge says Waiting for New Lead…, it means that it is in Listening Mode and that any data you submit via the Webhook URL will be read by the LeadsBridge as soon as it arrives in the system
3. You should leave this page open and submit data from the Source in which you have assigned the Webhook URL provided by LeadsBridge. In case you need to close the page and go back later to the Bridge configuration, make sure to set the Bridge to Listening Mode by clicking on the Recognize Other Fields button
4. Once you’re able to submit data from your Source Optin Moster form, it should get automatically recognized by LeadsBridge
5. Once you have correctly recognized all the data you want to map from your Source, you can continue with your Bridge configuration.
