To use Salesmanago’s Double Opt-In feature with your LeadsBridge integration, you need to configure specific field mappings. When the Double Opt-In option is enabled in the Bridge settings, the following fields become mandatory:
- Email Template ID: This identifies the email template you’ve created in Salesmanago for the double opt-in confirmation.
- Email Account ID: This identifies the Salesmanago email account from which the confirmation email will be sent.
If these fields are not correctly mapped in the Fields Mapping editor, you will encounter an error: “Email confirmation is used but no email found”.
