To enable Mindbody’s integration on your LeadsBridge account, you will need to send the Mindbody Site ID (or IDs in case you’ll need more than one) to our support team via support@activeprospect.com, and they will process the request.
How can I connect the Mindbody Integration?
- Head over to the left sidebar and click on Create new Bridge and start the new bridge
- Select Mindbody from the provider’s list
- Click on Create a new integration
- Enter the Username, Password, and Site ID to connect Mindbody with LeadsBridge
- Click on the Continue button
How to get the Username, Password, and Site ID?
Your Site ID, also known as Studio or Client ID, is listed on the Mindbody subscription screen when logged in as Owner as well as the bottom right corner of your site (Visit the Mindbody documentation).
The credentials ( Username and Password) are the same as you use to login into your Mindbody personal account.
Which entity concepts do we support for Mindbody?
- Client: It’s a default entity and represents a client who purchases one of the classes in MINDBODY. If neither appointments nor segmentation is configured in the integration, this Entity will be used.
- Sale: This entity represents a sale of a product. If the segmentation type is Product, this is the entity automatically configured in the integration.
Which segmentation concepts do we support for Mindbody?
With LeadsBridge you may use these segmentation concepts for Mindbody.
- Appointment: When a new Appointment is scheduled, the integration will create a client in Mindbody and schedule an appointment with the first available staff.
- Product: If the integration with this segmentation is used as a Destination, the lead will be synced if there no Sale fields are mapped. While, if Sale data is mapped, the application will trigger an error notification.

How can I activate Mindbody integration on my LeadsBridge Account?
Mindbody is a premium integration, for this reason, we require an additional fee. To enable MINDBODY’s integration on your LeadsBridge account, you will need to send the Mindbody Site ID to our Support team, and they will get in touch with our Accounting team.
How does LeadsBridge handle client-required fields?
LeadsBridge will read these fields as mandatory, so every lead should contain valid data in those fields for the lead to be passed correctly into MINDBODY.

May I activate more than one Mindbody Site ID in my account?
Yes, you can activate additional Mindbody Site IDs in your account. You will need to send the Mindbody Site ID (or IDs in case you’ll need more than one) to our Support team, and they will get in touch with our Accounting team for further reference.
Note: Mindbody is a premium integration and it requires an additional fee that will be activated in your account for each additional Site ID.
The request should be sent only by the user that has a Super Admin role in the LeadsBridge account.
How to use Mindbody Appointments?
In order to use Mindbody Appointments, you should follow the steps below:
- During the creation of the Mindbody integration, select Appointments under the Use “Segment” as dropdown
- Once done, go to Action dropdown and select the interested appointment category
- Finally, go to the Field matching step and map the Appointment Scheduled Date and Appointment Scheduled Time fields
- After that, when a new Appointment is scheduled, the integration will create a client in Mindbody and schedule an appointment with the first available staff
How Prospect Forms works ?
*“Clients who fill out the Prospect widget are added as prospects to the client’s MINDBODY software. This means he can perform a lead lookup and find them within his site.*When a new lead signs up, branded web tools also sends the client a notification email. This email contains the prospect’s contact details.”
For this reason, we might integrate with Prospect Forms using our Incoming Email integration.
Why leads aren’t syncing to Mindbody?
We suggest checking if you have the Subscribe to our newsletter & promotions settings enabled in your Mindbody profile.
If yes, to receive the lead’s data to your Mindbody account, you need to map the Contact >> Promotional Email Opt-In field in the Field Mapping step of your Bridge.
Important: the Contact >> Promotional Email Opt-In field should always be mapped with the Yes value to be accepted by Mindbody.

How can I allow new clients to create accounts on MindBody?
If you’re getting the error message User does not have permission to add a new client means that the business you’re trying to connect doesn’t have the option Allow new clients to create accounts enabled.
In order to solve this you should follow the steps below:
- Log into your Mindbody account
- Go to Home » Manager Tools » Settings » General Setup & Options (in the 1st column)
- Click on Consumer Mode Settings
- Check mark the option Allow New Clients to Create Accounts
- Finally, click Update on the top right area
What can I do when I get the message: Sorry, we can’t show you this screen?
If you get the message Sorry, we can’t show you this screen while accessing the Mindbody activation link we provided to you, means that the person who opened the link is not the Owner of the Mindbody account and that they’re only an Admin.
To solve this, you should log in with the Owner’s account or get in touch with Mindbody support.
How can I allow new clients to create accounts on MindBody?

Troubleshooting the “API Limit Reached: ~250 leads per day” Error for Mindbody
If you’re seeing the error message “API Limit Reached: ~250 leads per day. Please try again tomorrow” when using LeadsBridge with Mindbody, it means you’ve hit the daily API call limit.
Mindbody has a limit of 1,000 API calls per day for each Site ID. This applies even to the sandbox environment, which is free for testing.
LeadsBridge uses up to 4 API calls to process each lead before syncing it to your Mindbody account. This is necessary to:
- Check for existing leads: LeadsBridge searches for existing leads by email to avoid duplicates.
- Ensure accurate data: Multiple calls may be needed to gather all the necessary information about a lead.
