Leads not showing up in my LeadsBridge account

Leadsbridge gives you the option to view the last 500 leads synced by clicking on the Leads blue button next to your Bridges. This section, called Leads Table, allows you to view the last 500 leads that LeadsBridge automatically retrieved from the Source integration of your Bridge.

NOTE: If the lead appears with the Sync Nowblue status it means it didn’t automatically sync to the Destination integration.

Empty Leads Table

If the leads table is empty, it may be due to one of the following causes.

1. Incorrect segmentation or integration settings

Make sure you have selected the correct segment in the integration settings. For example, if you select an empty segment or a brand new Facebook Lead Ad Form that hasn’t collected leads yet.

2. Permission issue

Most integration requires specific permissions to sync leads via LeadsBridge.For example, if you want to sync leads from Facebook Lead Ads, you have to enable Lead Access permission following this article. Note: This displays an error at the top of the Leads Table.
