When building a bridge, there’s a Sync column that shows if the lead sync will be done in real time (flash icon) or with a minimum 30-minute delay (clock icon)

Google Sheets, which uses a Source integration, is one of those integrations that usually takes up to 30 minutes to sync leads.

Here’s a brief explanation of how non-real-time sources work:

  1. LeadsBridge mass-retrieves all your entries and stores them (hashed and encrypted)
  2. After that, we compare those new entries with the previously downloaded ones and send only the new ones to the destination.

This process has various variables that can slow it down, for example, if it’s based on your source integration API response time or server congestion. Also, some Source processes have different priorities, and this explains why sometimes your bridge can take more time to sync leads.
