After reactivating the account, your billing cycle won’t change and you will be charged based on your current subscription.
To pause or reactivate your paid account, submit a support ticket.
What happens to my account when I pause it?
- Your active bridges and audiences will be paused
- Your integrations will remain connected to your account
- Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts will remain connected
- You will keep your bridges stats
- You will keep all your emails verified and connected
- You will keep all your teammates connected to your account
- You won’t be able to login to your account but your settings will remain available
